Flat owners are mutually obliged to comply with the rules of honesty, and in particular not to disturb each other, not to violate their rights, and to conform with the provisions of the management plan when using either the independent divisions or the annexes and common premises.
The provisions of the Flat (Condominium) Ownership Law regarding the obligations of condominium owners also apply to the tenants of independent divisions and to holders of residential rights and to persons regularly using these independent divisions. Persons failing to comply with these obligations are jointly responsible with the flat owner.
Flat owners are mutually obliged to maintain the property and to protect its
architectural condition, beauty and durability.
