CONTROL OF THE MANAGEMENT

The board of flat owners shall regularly control the manner in which the manager is discharging his or her duties and may at any time replace the manager for a justified reason. 

If no fixed time has been specified in the management plan for the control of accounts, this control shall be made every three months. The accounts may however be controlled at any time for a justified reason. 

The board of flat owners may assign the duty of control to a controller or to a control board to be chosen from among themselves by numerical majority and by majority of building plot share. In this case the controller or the control board shall submit to the board of the flat owners, at the times indicated in the management plan and in the absence of such plan, in the course of the first month of such calendar year, a report indicating the results of the control and their opinion regarding the method of management of the main property. This report shall be duplicated and one copy sent by registered mail to each flat owner. 

The controller shall enter this report and the resolutions taken by them as well as other questions deemed necessary in a register having all its pages authorized by the notary and shall sign these entries.
