The manager shall in principle have the rights of an attorney.
Should the flat owners fail to comply with their obligations and charges incumbent on them in due time and entirely in spite of a formal notice served through the notary, the manager shall be entitled to terminate his or her contract and withdraw without having to pay any compensation and claim from the flat owners, the compensation of losses suffered through such action.
Even if no salary has been fixed in the management plan, or in the contract concluded with him, the manager may claim from the flat owners a reasonable salary.
The board of flat owners decide whether the manager who has been appointed among flat owners will participate to normal management expenditures or not, should he or she participate, in which proportion he or she will participate. If no decision was made to this end, the manager does not participate half of the normal management expenditures of his share during his management period.
