RECORDS The manager shall enter in the decision book, in the chronological order, the resolutions passed by the board of flat owners, a summary of protests and notices and all expenses, and shall preserve this book and all documents for expenses and other documentation in a file. The manager shall have this book closed by the Notary, in the course of the month following the end of each calendar year. The manager failing to comply with these duties shall be liable to the monetary penalties.
