DECISIONS (RESOLUTIONS) The main property is managed according to the decisions taken by the board of homeowners according to the agreement, the management plan and the provisions of the Flat Ownership Law. All home owners and their heirs and general legatees and managers and controllers (auditors) must abide by the decisions passed by the board of flat owners. Disputes resulting from the use or management of the main building, among the condominium owners or between them and the managers and auditors, or among the managers and controllers, shall be settled by the board of flat owners. The decisions of the board of flat owners shall be entered in a book having all of the pages numbered and notarized and shall be signed by all flat owners present at the meeting. Opponents shall sign the decision by giving a reason for their opposition.
