VOTING

Each home owner (flat owner) (condominium owner) has one vote without any consideration for the proportion of his or her share in the building plot.

A flat owner of more than one independent division in the main property, has a separate vote for each independent division.

However, whatever the number of independent units owned, he or she cannot have a number of votes exceeding one third of all the votes. Fractions shall be discarded when counting the number of votes.

If an independent unit is owned by several persons, they shall be represented on the board of the flat owners by one of to whom they delegate their powers.

If the decision to be taken concerns a specific flat owner directly, this flat owner may be present at the discussion without having a vote.

One of flat owners can use his or her vote by a representative (proxy). One person cannot be assigned as the representative to use more than 5% of the number of votes.

However, if the complex (site) has forty or less flat ownerships, one person can represent maximum two people.
