The following institutions shall not be established in an independent unit of the main property, entered as dwelling or business place in the register: hospital, dispensary, clinique, polyclinique, pharmaceutical laboratory except doctors' consultation rooms which do not have the character of a dispensary, clinique or polyclinique. Agreements made by flat owners contrary to this prohibition shall be null and void.
The following places can only be opened in an independent unit of the main property, entered as dwelling in the register, with the unanimous decision of the board of flat owners: cinema, theatre, cafe, casino, pavilion, bar, club, dance hall and similar entertainment and meeting places and feeding places such as bakery, restaurant, pastry, milk-shop and places such as workshop, dye-shop, print-shop, shop, gallery and market. Upon request of the manager or one of the flat owners, this decision shall be registered on all the folios of the flat ownership log regarding independent units.
