If it is necessary for the purpose of repairing a damage or defect in the independent unit of a flat owner, or in the installations of this unit or for the rebuild of facilities and for the technical examinations required for building safety to enter another independent unit, the owner of or the people who resides in the said unit in any other capacity are obliged to give the permission to enter the said unit to do the necessary work.
The owners of independent units who have obtained the permission shall immediately compensate any damage sustained by the owners of or the people who resides in any other capacity as a result of the permission granted.
